Shipping and Return Policy:

If your new, unused* item doesn’t work out, we will give you 30 days to return it. 

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

 We are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

Uncle Jib's will not ship anything large that requires common freight; such as kayaks, paddle boards, and Thule roof top cargo carriers.  These items are available for in-store pickup only.

All Skis are subject to a $50 restocking fee and all ski boots are subject to a $30 restocking fee.  Due to the heavy cost of shipping these items, Uncle Jib's does not provide return labels.

Refund Policy:

Please be aware that refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.  Should the original payment method no longer be valid for any reason, we can offer a credit in the form of an Uncle Jib's gift card.

Layaway Policy:

A convenient way to pay so that can get you what you want, on your time. Just 20% down up front. Give us a call or come in to start your layaway. Please note that your 20% deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. If you no longer wish to purchase the item on layaway, your deposit may be turned into an Uncle Jib's gift card ONLY.
